"Hey Mama, has this happened to you?"

Bulging belly? Back pain? Incontinence? Painful sex? So, here is the tea!!! Getting a flat tummy after giving birth (twice) did not come easy.

I'm telling you this because I know what it feels like to constantly work out, do hours of cardio, and diet without any results. I was told I had a 4 finger separation in my abdominals called Diastasis recti. Today, I know what it takes to effectively re-strengthen your tummy while decreasing the abdominal gap, create an increase in comfort again in your postpartum body, increase awareness of your overall habits and postural form, and restore balance in your body through mobility. But before I tell you that story, let me tell you mine...

So, here I am standing in the mirror 5 months pp in pain...

lower belly bulge, and low back pain.

You see, I was 6 months pp and confused why my belly was still hanging out after giving birth so long ago. I constantly would pee on myself and have these terrible pains in my lady parts that I could not explain. So, I researched Google, found a physio that gave me a full body exam to help me understand what was going on. Turns out, I had a separation in my abdominals, which was causing my bowels and organs to hang out of place. This put increased pressure on my bladder and lady parts causing frequent pains and incontinence issues.

But here is the tea!!! My physio taught me a breathing technique that I had never heard about...

6 months later, I could finally lay in bed with comfort...

I finally learned how to heal and solve the issue...

By now you know the importance of doing kegals to strengthen your lady parts after giving birth. But, many people neglect breathing and overall strengthening of the right muscle that generates balance of the core.

Many people do kegals to help tighten their vaginal canal, but that is just one element to healing your body after birth. (And, technically, it is NOT for everyBODY! but that is another topic we will discuss inside the program)
Another way is through re-connection of the abdomen and lengthening of the pelvic floor to help aid in decreasing a bulge from a separated abdomen. Healing a separated abdomen is simple by using the right techniques and proper exercise. With more than 100 healed diastasis recti, this is a proven way to decrease your bulge and heal your post-partum issues. Getting to a place of confidence in your body requires you to gain a change in your own method. And up to this point, you are spending money on diet plans and wasting hours doing cardio because you have not found a way to heal your bulging belly.

Dominique Quarles

Hi! I'm Dominique Quarles, Certified Pre-Post Natal trainer and Fitness Coach. I have trained for 6 years and helped over 400+ women reach their fitness goals. I began my fitness journey in 2015 after the birth of my first daughter. I was in a dark space battling with postpartum depression and feeling hopeless. Fitness was my saving grace. Exercise made me feel whole again, and it gave me a boost in loving myself again. In 2017, I decided to get involved in training other women. Helping women feel confident in themselves and loving their body gave me fulfillment. This footprint birth the creation of AlphaBabe Fitness. As the CEO, I promote body positivity and mental strength. As an AlphaBabe creator, my goal is to teach you that being strong is sexy, and owning your body (whatever stage and size) is the powerful force that promotes healthy confidence within.​


  • Who is this class for?

    This class is for postpartum moms who are in any stage of their postpartum journey who want to learn about their body, understand the function of their body and how it impacts their life, and in need of accountability through 1:1 coaching.

  • What happens after I order?

    You will receive a Welcome email detailing your login information and how to access the course.

  • Does the program include a meal plan?

    The program does not include a detailed meal plan. However, each mom will receive custom guidance and tips to begin on their journey. Meal plans are not necessary because at the end of the program each mom will have learned this is an overall lifestyle change. You will be able to ear according to your schedule with the help of my guidance.

  • How long do I need to dedicate to the program to be successful?

    The program is designed to work with each moms schedule. The group class (weekly) will be recorded for those who are unable to attend. The individual healing session for each mom is based on the moms schedule. The more time you allot to the exercise (with consistency) will drive further progress of your overall goal.

  • Do I need equipment?

    Yes, resistance bands, pregnancy ball, and light dumbbells' is helpful but not mandatory to achieve success.

  • How is this class different then the 4 week Restore Your Core program?

    This is a class based program where I teach in depth about the postpartum body and how certain muscles can impact your postpartum issues. I teach you how to increase functionality of your core and reduce diastasis through corrective exercise by teaching you advanced movements not taught in my 4 week program.

  • Do you offer refunds?
